[ogsa-wg] GGF18 sessions

Hi all,

Given that OGSA-WG got 4 slots at GGF18 and Joel has
resolved clash with OGSA-BES's session, I create wiki
page for OGSA-WG sessions.

Session owners: Please update them as you like in the wiki
                 spirit of "don't comment, just do!"

If necessary, I will also update official GGF18 schedule
accordingly.
