in principle to Plans A and B. However:</font>

- </font><font size=2 face="sans-serif">it looks like occursKind can't
handle this</font>

to define the length of &nbsp;an enclosing group, only a simple value</font>

type for a bit</font>

supported using hexBinary or base64Binary (pad with 0's on parse, lose
trailing 0's on write) &nbsp;</font>
