Subject: [wg-all] Two documents are now Recommendations

OGF Community:

I am pleased to announce that two documents have completed the process
to become Grid Recommendations.  This is the step after becoming Grid
Proposed Recommendations, and involves demonstration of experience
with implementation, along with other requirements mentioned in GFD
#152.

* GFD-R #76, "Web Services Data Access and Integration - The Relational Realisation (WS-DAIR) Specification, Version 1.0"
