New Frontiers in Data Integration (90 mins)

This session showcased a selection of leading-edge intiatives that are breaking new ground and setting new precedents around the collection and integration of data. Projects featured in this session included an international collaboration to build the world’s largest radio telescope; an Alberta-based investigation into health record digital rights management security, and an innovative research group that is developing middleware and working with application specialists to automate data computing activities.
